A collection of letters, memos, telegrams, promotional literature, charts & photos. Examples are: One Western Union telegram (12/22/70) from Ray W. Bryant (Asst. Dir. Business Rep., Dist. 50, IAM & AW) to Congressman Wilson re/ “another runaway plant namely Rohr ... [has] leased facility in Mexicali Mexico to do work on the Bart program;” Note from Paul to Bob (12/2/70) re/ 28 page packet reviewing “other projects Rohr is pursuing” such as “RX-2 Tunnel Boat,” “Anti-Ship Fast Patrol Boat” & “Arctic Off Road A.C.V.;” stapled packet containing 1 letter (11/25/70) from Congressman Wilson to Burt Raynes (Pres., Rohr) & copies of Louis O’Caroll’s resumes—“He has had many years of experience with housing materials, particularly the modern application of fiber glass plastics;” Western Union telegram (9/28/70) from Burt Raynes & Congressman Wilson’s reply (10/1/70) re/ support for “transit legislation H. R. 18185 & its approval in the House (9/29/70) by a vote of 327 to 16 -- “technology for pollution free mass transit systems exist now;” “Memo To The Boss” (9/21/70) re/ “H. R. 18185, the Urban Mass Transportation Assistance Act of 1970 .... the person holding the bill up in Rules Committee is H. Allen Smith;” 2 page Rohr Corp., News Release (8/13/70) re/ “Rohr ... has received contract from Alcoa Construction Systems ... to design and engineer service cores for low rise apartment buildings ... to meet the objectives of [Housing and Urban Development’s] Operation Breakthrough;” 1 letter from J.
