Claude Ryan (Ryan Aeronautical Co.), Congressman Wilson, Margaret Young (Sec., Wilson’s office) & news clipping, The San Diego Union (8/21/69) re/ “the serious navigational hazard caused by the Zuniga Jetty during high tide conditions .... within the next 60 days, Army Engineers will seek bids for installation of a navigation light system on the Jetty [ 15 lights -- Coast Guard will furnish lights].”
