Holmquist (Regional Dir., San Francisco Post Office.), Frank F. Stone (postal clerk), Jay M. Hopper (Chief Personnel Officer, Post Office Deptartment), Ralph S. Colonell (S.D. Post-master) & CA. Assemblyman Frank Luckel (Mar. 1960-Nov. 1962) re/ the numerous amounts of corresp. related to Mr. Stone’s application for various supervisorial positions with the San Diego Post Office; three letters from Congressman Wilson & Ralph S. Colonell & memo from Maggie Young (10/62) re/ the “transfer of eligibility” from Phoenix to San Diego of John A. Forror (Asst. Postmaster, S.D.) & constituent Mrs. Carrie N. Shaw (June-July 1962) re/ “Departmental ruling concerning mail delivered to patrons who live in trailer parks;” stapled copy of corresp. from Congressman Wilson, G. Allan Brown (Executive Asst., Bureau of Transportation, Post Office Dept.) & constituent Max L. Orrell (7/62) re/ Mr. Orrell’s interest in obtaining “a star route contract;” 1 letter from Marion S.
