Scope and Contents
"To express the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should, upon visiting the People's Republic of China, request that appropriate Chinese officials use their good offices to obtain a full and complete accounting of members of the United States Armed Forces in actions and confined as prisoners of war in Southeast Asia and of all Americans civilian personnel who are listed as missing in Southeast Asia and should, upon his return to the United States, report back to the Congress on the results of his request.
