Roybal (25th Dist., CA) to Congressman Wilson (8/1/79) re/ a hearing to be held in the S.D. area on 8/10/79 in “response to the deaths of two infants at the border crossing station at San Ysidro;” “Memorandum For: Hon. Clayton (Officer in Charge, San Ysidro Port of Entry, INS) & Robert W. Kent (U.S. Consul General, Tijuana, Mexico) re/ Mr. Segal’s attempts to get the INS to treat his Mexican company’s employees properly & fairly when they crossed the border into the U.S.; stapled packet containing corresp. from Carleton Lichty (Pres., S.D.
