Millay (Sea World) (3/13/72) re/ a request to Senator Hollings to invite Mr. Millay to testify before the Subcommittee on the Marine Mammal Protection Act; stapled copies of corresp. One copy of Sea World, Inc., “Testimony for the Subcommittee on Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation and Environment of the House Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries regarding H.R. 12460 (and companion bills) an act to amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 in order to prohibit the taking of the killer whale;” and one copy of Sea World, Inc., “Source Document Killer Whale Controversy.” The contents contain: Introduction, Allegations-Responses, Excerpts from Official Court Transcripts, Press and Public Reaction, Sea World Testimony on H.R. 12460 and Synopsis of Killer Whale Facts.
