Summary Note

The video is a recording from channel c-span of the legislation vote on naming the post office at market street after late Judge Earl Ben Gilliam. Representatives Christopher Shays, Danny Davis, and Bob Filner, are encouring the house for passage of the HR-5364 legislation. All representatives take their turn in presenting a case by stating what kind of work and person Judge Gilliam was. Bob Filner states the Judge Gilliam was part of many community oganizations in which he was honored by receving the man of the year and citizen of the year award for his accomplishments as a judge from the San Diego community.
