Summary Note

Copy of an address by Dr. Erwin A. France presented to the 36th Biennial Grand Boule Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity in Detroit Michigan in August 16, 1982. Dr. France calls for leadership by the black middle-classes to achieve racial justice and respect for differences.
