Biographical Note
Gerald C. Thomas was born in 1897 in Toronto, Canada. He attended Stanford University, was an attorney in San Diego in the 1930s, then served as a superior court judge in San Diego County during the 1940s and 1950s. He was an active member of the community, serving as a volunteer for the Community Chest Committee of San Diego, the Volunteer Bureau, and the Cuyamaca Club. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in San Diego.
