The Rose Neumann Collection contains the personal papers of San Diego businesswoman and philanthropist Rose Neumann, and includes correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, and certificates of appreciation.

The Dr. Seymour Okmin Collection consists primarily of photographs and negatives, most of which were taken by Dr. Okmin. A large photographic scrapbook and album are also included, in addition to newspaper articles, correspondence, newsletters, and materials pertaining to lodge business.

Henry Schwartz Collection
The Henry Schwartz Collection comprises Schwartz's research material about the history of Jews and the Jewish community in San Diego and California and consists of alphabetical research files including notes, interviews, bibliographies, and photographs. Topics include persons, synagogues, antisemitism, the Holocaust, and Jewish organizations.
Morris Showel Cottage of Israel Collection
The Morris Showel Cottage of Israel Collection consists of documents from promotional events either hosted by the Cottage of Israel or sponsored by other Jewish organizations in the San Diego area. It includes newspaper articles, photographs, flyers, announcements, displays, and invitations documenting the public relations efforts of the Cottage of Israel in Balboa Park from 1948 to the late 1990s. Materials are filed chronologically.
Gussie K. Singer City of Hope Collection
The Gussie K. Singer City of Hope Collection consists of tribute books, newsletters, certificates, and other papers, including a 1971 tribute book honoring Harry Bronstein.
Al and Pearl Slayen Collection
The Al and Pearl Slayen Collection consists of the Slayens' personal papers documeting their lives, philanthropic activities, and San Diego's Jewish community from the 1930s to the 1980s and includes correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, and event programs.
Smith Family Collection
Gert Thaler Collection
The Gert Thaler Collection consists of Thaler's papers documenting her professional and civic activities as well as Thaler family documents, and includes hardcopy photos and digital family photos and genealogy documents. Scrapbook contents, photos, programs, clippings and invitations from Hadassah, the Jolly Sixteen, and the Women's Association of Allied Beverages Industries are also included.
