This collection consists of material regarding the San Diego Chapter of the American Jewish Committee from the 1980's-2000's and material from the first San Diego Jewish Community Mission to Israel in 1995 when Yitzchak Rabin was assassinated. It also includes personal notes, speeches and clippings from Deborah Horwitz who was president of the San Diego Chapter of the AJC. The materials in this collection were donated to the Jewish Historical Society of San Diego in donated in 2010 by Arthur Neumann, son of Rose and Al Neumann (JHSSD #2010.01). It was transferred to the SDSU Library and Information Access on December 11, 2013.
