Centennial Silver Edition, Limited to 100 copies of which this is Copy No. 64" "The type used throughout is Garamond. The paper is Mohawk Superfine. This book has been printed letterpress by Regis Graden at Nut Quad Press in San Fernando. All editions have been bound by Mariana Blau in her bookbindery in Los Angeles."
