Hearns & Congressman Wilson re/ taxpayer & owner complaint about apartment and home vacancies vs. availability of Capehart public housing at lower costs; a copy of pp. 5364-5374 of the Congressional Record – House (4/13/61) re/ "Providing Home Loans For Veterans in Housing Credit Shortage Areas;" letters (5/61) from constituent Mrs. George Roble & Wilson re/ problem with Bayview Hills Naval Housing; letters (5/61) from constituent C.M. La Mesa, with a population of 32,078 is located adjacent to and east of San Diego."
