Merritt (Acting Commissioner, Fiscal Service, Treasury Dept.) re/ a frustrating attempt to find "three $50 Series E savings bonds purchased on the payroll savings plan of the Naval Ammunition Depot, Bremerton, Washinghton that she believes are missing."
