A collection of letters, a resolution & a news clipping: these are filed from February to December. Examples are: letters (Feb.-Mar.) re/ Wilson responds to the concerns of S. Falck Neisen (President, S.D. Chamber of Commerce) about the Sec. of Commerce limiting traffic lanes in urban areas; letters (Feb.-Mar) re/ similar concerns as the above as raised by constituent William McChesney Wallace about lane restrictions; letters (3/16 & 3/24) re/ the S.D. Spring and Brake Works is also concerned about the new directive from the Sec. of Commerce; letters (2/29 & 4/13) & a resolution from the Highway 80 Chamber of Commerce re/ complaining about limiting traffic lanes for cities in the 400,000 to 1,000,000 population range; letter (May to Oct.) & a news clipping re/ “the need for a facility to provide for a safe interchange of traffic between Poway Road and Highway 395” – “Reality Round Up: Poway Races Far Ahead In Building,” The San Diego Union, April 17, 1960; 1 page copy of letter (1/27/60) to Carlyle Reed, San Diego Union-Tribune) from Wilson re/ “Thanks for your ideas on Highway 15.”
