J. Faurote (Sec., Planner and Estimators' and Progressmen's Association) re/ "Your active assistance regarding the retention of our 'ungraded' status is appreciated;" a letter (12/2/55) from VAdm. J. L. Holloway, Jr. (Chief of Naval Personnel) to Wilson re/ reduction (RIF) of the number of civilian personnel within Wilson's district at NTC & the Amphib. Base and telegrams and letters (Oct.-Nov. 1956) in response to this from Lodge 1716, A. F. G. E. Amphibious Base, Wilson & BuPers. Lodge 1716 congratulated Wilson for his "commendable work . . . on our behalf, concerning the canceled RIF aboard the Amphibious Base."
