Conrad (57 Dist.) & Wilson's reply 4/5/65) & attached copy of Mr. Conrad's "seven page synopsis on chemical and biological warfare" that "may be a greater threat to our national survival than the atomic bomb;" the remainder of the items in this folder continue the pro and con viewpoints on Vietnam . Congressman Wilson's replies remained consistently promilitary and "determined to win in Vietnam."
