Hartman (Commandant, 11th Naval Dist.) & Congressman Wilson's reply (1/30/59) re/ commentary on sewage disposal plant on Point Loma and transfer of Brown Field to City, plus personal items; a news clipping from the Union (12/20/58) entitled "Layoffs Avoided In Navy Cutbacks, Officials Explain;" letters (May-July 1960) from constituent R. W. Mueller (M.D.), Congressmen Wilson & Utt & RAdm. E. W. Grenfell (Asst. Fogarty & Bob Wilson re/ "personal note with reference to a close friend and former constituent who is now a resident of your congressional district;" a letter (1/10/62) from 11th Naval District Commandant Arnold to Wilson re/ personal commentary; letters (July-Aug. 1962) from Maggie Young (Wilson's Secretary in San Diego), La Mesa constituent Theodore Ketterer, Wilson, RAdm. M. E. Arnold & news clipping (n.d., n.s.) "Curious Wives Capture FBI Paint Sleuths" re/ painting contract for Navy Wherry Housing at Cabrillo Heights and Bayview Hills in National City" does not comply with specifications."
