A collection letters, notices, listings, notes, newsletter & other items. Examples are: Public Notice & map (12/9/64) from Lt. Col. A. R. Marshall (Deputy District Engineer, Corps of Engineers) re/ the establishment of a restricted area adjacent to Point Loma – south of Ballast Point; letters (Oct.-Nov. 1964) from constituent Miss Loraine S. Duval, Congressman Wilson & Adm. David L. McDonald (CNO) re/ a response to concerns about "North Viet Nam gunboats . . . trailing our naval ships, our ships could not defend themselves . . .
